Paul is founding Director of Jenkins Law and has been active in the commercial property market for over 25 years.
Prior to forming Jenkins Law he spent 10 years with Equity Law as an Asset Manager and 17 years as an equity partner at Robinson Somerston, a small niche practice then based in the West End.
Paul specialises in a number of aspects within the profession including investment and retail agency together with professional work with a bias towards large store instructions.
David qualified with a 2:1 degree in Estate Management from Kingston University in 2006 and joined Jenkins Law as a graduate surveyor the same year. David has since worked his way up to Director.
David is a member of the RICS and the Restaurant Property Advisors Society. He specialises in leisure and retail agency throughout the UK specifically focusing on London and the South East.
He has acquired units for a number of Multi-national occupiers and disposed of property on behalf of landlord clients including Property Companies, Funds and Private Individuals.
David has a very good understanding of the investment market and is active in acquiring investment property for clients across all sectors throughout the UK. As well as offering asset management advice, he also undertakes professional work such as rent reviews and lease renewals if required.
Andrew has been a practicing surveyor since 1989 and is a consultant at Jenkins Law. He is a Fellow of the RICS and CIArb, and an honours member of the IRRV and the Restaurant Property Advisors Society.
Andrew is a recognised specialist on professional matters in the leisure, licenced and hotel markets where he regularly accepts appointments to act as Arbitrator and Independent Expert for the President of the RICS and privately.
Andrew represents both landlords and tenants and regularly gives evidence in Arbitration and Independent Expert proceedings. He has appeared at County Court on several occasions to give valuation evidence.
He is a Registered Valuer and belongs to the RICS experts witness registration scheme. In this capacity he has given evidence in negligence, matrimonial and planning litigation. He has been an APC Assessor and latterly chairman since 2000.
Ryan qualified with a 2:1 degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2010 and joined Jenkins Law in 2011. Ryan became an Associate Director in 2015.
Ryan has spent the last 5 years at Jenkins Law working within both the professional and agency departments. He has represented both landlords and tenants regularly on professional matters and dealt with agency instructions on behalf of landlord clients including Property Companies, Funds and Private Individuals.
